If your house has any of the following problems, it is almost a sure thing that your house has the dreaded "Sick House Syndrome"! The post Eliminating Sick House Syndrome appeared first on Odor Removal for Just About Everything.
If your house has any of the following problems, it is almost a sure thing that your house has the dreaded “Sick House Syndrome”!
  • Does your house have a musty odors?
  • Do you think you might have mold in your house or basement?
  • Are you and your family always feeling sort of under the weather?
  • Does your family suffer from “allergies” that medications don’t seem to help?
  • Does your bread get moldy before the you can finish the loaf?
If any of the above are true, and you have tried to get rid of the odors with over the counter odor control products and perfumes, you already know that they didn’t work. And of course, they made no difference in the way you feel at all. Like many people, you have mold growing in your house or basement and even if it is not the deadly black mold of Texas fame, it can still aggravate your allergies or just make you feel tired and out of sorts.
You are about to learn a secret that you will find very hard to believe based on your previous experience. Yes, it is hard to believe but a small packet that is only ¼” think containing as little as 5 grams of powder will remove tobacco smoke, mold and mildew (that musty) odor, and dog odor among others completely in as little as 48 hours. And, even if you continue to smoke or your dog continues to sit on the carpet and furniture with you this small packet of powder will continue remove additional odor for up to 30 days. No Kidding!
Now, I’m sure you think I am out of my mind for proposing such a radical solution to these tough problems but I can assure you that I am not crazy. The little packets of powder, when exposed to water vapor, produce a gas called chlorine dioxide. It works sort of like ozone without all the negative side effects. It will not cause the plastic to become brittle or bleached. It does not require a big noisy machine. And it works at much lower concentrations than ozone and almost always below you perception level and far below what the USEPA considers to be safe.
Never before has such a powerful yet safe product been available anywhere. Not to the public, not to mold control specialists and re mediators, not to the government, not to anyone. Yet here it is and you can have it working for you in just a few days. The best part is that your sick house can soon be well! Hard to believe but true. It just requires that you take action and believe what you have read here. Let me tell you right now, you will have trouble verifying what you have learned here, because this product has only been on the market since the summer of 2007. The revolutionary packaging system is so new it is still in the patent process.
So, if you want to remove mold, tobacco, burned food, dog body odor and many other nasty smells or you just have a house that you don’t want to smell bad anymore, you need to get this great new product called OdorXit ClO2 . It is available in 5, 10, 25, and 50 gram Extended Release packet to make your house well again. The larger packages are for much larger areas. Each packet comes with a FREE self adhering pouch that you can use to hold the pouch just about anywhere (don’t stick on wood cabinets).

OdorXit Odor Eliminator

The recent storms that have ravaged multiple parts of the US have caused unprecedented damage. If you or your loved ones were affected by any of these storms, our thoughts and best wishes go out to you. Because these storms were so large in scale, people have experienced everything from moderate to complete damage.

Since getting rid of bad odors is our area of expertise, we want to help anyone who lost power for an extended period of time during one of these storms but didn't face complete damage to their home and belongings. Even if you're dealing with a refrigerator that smells incredibly bad due to it being fully defrosted and having items like frozen food decompose for days or even weeks, we want to go over how you can fully restore your appliance to its former condition.

5 Steps to Saving Your Refrigerator After Losing Electricity

The first step is to remove all of the spoiled food. This can be a truly nasty and smelly experience, which is why you'll want to wear a protective mask and gloves as you do it. Once your refrigerator is clean, take it outside and spray it out with a garden hose. If you have a truck or access to one, consider taking your appliance to a car wash and use the high-powered equipment to spray it out.

The next step is to spray one ounce of OdorXit Concentrate mixed with 30 ounces of water everywhere the refrigerator smells. That means spraying the insulation behind the doors,

under and around the door gaskets, the inside, behind the drawers and every little opening where the defrosted food might have dripped. Once the OdorXit Concentrate solution comes in contact with the rotten food smells, it will remove them from your refrigerator completely and safely.

The second to last step is to let the refrigerator dry outside then bring it back in the house. Don't panic if it still smells a little. It just means there is still at least one spot that hasn't been treated yet. You'll be able to knock it out by continuing to sniff and spraying wherever you detect even a slight odor.

The final step is to remember to be a good neighbor! Spray a few shots of the OdorXit Concentrate solution in the drain at the car wash or wherever you ended up treating your appliance. Anyone who comes by after you will be very glad you did.

By following the process above, it's possible to save even the worst smelling refrigerator, which in turns means saving hundreds of dollars by not needing to buy a replacement. So if you know anyone who's currently trying to restore belongings like their refrigerator, feel free to share this post with them by email or on Facebook.

While spring cleaning is something that most homeowners think about and many take part in, it’s easier for people like college students who are living in dorms to overlook. But just because spring cleaning may not be as common throughout college dorms doesn’t mean you should skip it.
