We are pleased you have found us. If your odor
problem is one that one or more of the OdorXit products can eliminate, we are genuinely interested in helping you eliminate your
odor. If your odor problem is not within the broad but finite scope of
OdorXit products abilities, we will tell you that up front. Additionally, we have
often been able to help people with odor problems that are not within OdorXit's scope.
Because OdorXit liquid contain only water-soluble organic salts and oils,
we see no reason why it can not be shipped worldwide. Thus far, we have
shipped OdorXit to the United States, Canada, Poland, South Africa,
Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Denmark, Germany,
and the United Kingdom with no difficulty but not Israel. We expect
to be able to ship to many other countries given the opportunity.
Once you have input your shipping address into our shopping cart, the shipping and handling charges will
be adjusted (from those displayed initally) to reflect the actual costs, but thus far
delivery charges calculated by FEDEX and the US Postal Service seem to be reasonable.
The estimated shipping charges displayed on the first page of the shopping cart assume the destination will be in the contenatial USA. When you fill in your shipping address the actual amounts for the various methods offered will be displayed on the next page and on the final page where you enter your credit card information. If the charges are not acceptable the purchace can be abandoned and there is no charge at all.
Israel appears to have import restrictions that make shipment nearly
impossible.
We comply with all known tariff and customs restrictions.
Sales outside North America will be shipped via US Mail and local
Mail unless otherwise specified or required.
Exchange rates are an obvious challenge. To avoid as many problems as
possible, all international sales are handled via credit card. Prices will be
quoted and charged in US dollars. Price quotes will be honored for 5 days.
